Correct timing to take water !!






Two (02) glasses of water - After waking up in the morning,
Helps activate internal organs


One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal 
Helps digestion


One (01) glasses of water – 60 minutes after meal 
Helps digestion


One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath 
Helps lower blood pressure


One (01) glass of water - Before sleep 
To avoid stroke or heart attack


Brush your teeth before you sleep & drink 2 glasses of water.


Overall we should drink minimum of  8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
